I just received my Leviathan V2 today. I hooked it up and did a sound test. The speakers sound great, however I have no bass. Synapse 3 does not have a bass adjustment for this system. I can choose Stereo or THX Spatial Audio. Also I can switch the center focus on or off (I couldn't tell much difference with this setting). Of course I can select pre-set values such as THX, Games, Songs.. etc. I held the sub woofer up to my ear and I can hear sound coming from it, so I know it is getting a signal. Also, is there going to be an app released for this soon? I would like to disable the power off feature so it doesn't shut down after so many minutes of in-activity.

    I have the exact same problem and after a frustrating amount of back and forth with Razer customer support I found out that the sub works once I force close the Synapse app. They are now asking me to run scans on my drive but I am pretty sure the app just sucks and doesn't support the sub. I hope there is a fix for this soon as the sound bar is great and the bass is also great when it actually works. Synapse controls my LEDs for most of my setup and it is irritating not having my custom settings running when I need my speaker to work. Edit: there is a mobile app called Razer Audio but it has the same issue as Synapse when it comes to the bass. Razer: Please fix before I have to return an otherwise fantastic product!
