Leviathan V2 Pro usb problem

The Leviathan V2 Pro's USB connection disconnects when playing sound, except when connected to an iPad Pro using a Thunderbolt 3 cable. Removing the subwoofer allows for a slightly longer connection time (but still in seconds) before disconnection occurs. However, the Bluetooth connection works well. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hey, @eathly!

 

Are you using a USB hub? Try connecting is directly into your PC’s motherboard. You can also update you speaker’s firmware. If that didn’t work out, then shoot me a PM along with the serial number of your Razer Leviathan V2 Pro so I can check for other workarounds.
