Leviathan V2 X Keeps Disconnecting from Bluetooth Connection

Hi everyone, hope the day finds you all well.

So I have been using this Leviathan V2 X for a month or so, and I notice that the speaker keeps disconnecting from my laptop while being used.

I am using it with my laptop with bluetooth connection and when it disconnects, I can't seem to reconnect to my laptop or even trying with my phone. I tried switching it off and back on, but it didn't work. I had to remove the USB-C cable connecting it to the power supply, replug and switch it back on so it reconnects to my laptop.

Does it happen to anyone else?
