loss of code (no way to prove it)

i used the 7.1 app code for the headphones but i didn't install the drivers for them at the time so nothing happened and i deleted the account and it's been a while and i lost the box so i doesn't even have a serial number or anything... you don't have to help me ..but if there is even a small chance...
