I have a razer kraken v3 and ive lost the original box and i ve scratched the serial num in the left ear of the headset when i had to change the ear pads of the headset
Now im having issue with registering the product to my account is there any way that i can get the s/n from you? I can send pictures or movies of the headset or i can open it for a part number or any thing if you ask for proof.

I understand you’re having trouble registering your device to your account since you no longer have the serial number. Unfortunately, we don't have another way to recover that number for you.
I also want to let you know that if the serial number has been removed or rubbed off the device itself, it typically voids the warranty.
