Loving the Razer Kraken!

The Razer Kraken headphones are really comfortable and sound great! The microphone quality is a lot better and sounds much clearer. The long cable going from the headphones to my PC allow me to move about freely with no restraint. The only concern i have is that the Surround 7.1 software doesn't seem to work; i looked this up on Google and it's apparently Microsoft's fault because they updated their audio settings. Thanks for making another quality product! Everyone, let me know your opinions on the Razer Kraken headphones!

My sister got them a few days ago but the mic is super quiet and when we turn the boost up there is a ton of static on the receiving end. We might have gotten a defective one but she threw away the box so idk if we'll be able to send it back. Any advice?
