I have gotten the razer kraken v3 x and volume is lowered then before, it use to be loud and i had gotten the headphone yesterday, and had gotten the 7.1 and it hasn’t helped it a bit I've tried to rise the volume but had only made it louder a bit.
By the way i am on windows 11
