Major Audio glitch

A lot of things have gone to poop recently and its just getting annoying, in short, when plugged in my headset is changing recording device from USB to 2.4 over and over, when i load into a game it is making it freeze when every it changes, in razer synapse it is saying Set as default device over and over, it is just appearing and disappearing over and over, and in playback devices a new device which i think is named High definition audio is being created used and deleted all within a second. im lost, ive tried everything including, re install Synapse
Hard reset Headset
reinstall game its happening on so it cant be a game issue
re installing drivers 
latest firmware
razer pairing utility 
uninstalling the audio device and driver and restarting my pc
disabling certain audio devices.
please help its making certain things unusable like my mic is not working now either
