Mic of my Razer Blackshark V2X doesn't cancel noise

Rencently I bought a Razer Blackshark V2X headset and I using it in a laptop with Windows 10, but the problem is that when I use the Mic, this doesn't cancel the background noise, so my voice and other noises go thru the mic. It's suppost to cancel the background noise but is not like this. So, any help please? Spec Laptop: Asus Strix Republic of Gamers Core i7 Nvidia GTX 1050 Windows 10
