I bought the Blackshark V2 + USB soundcard, 2 days ago. I followed the instructions, plugged them in and let synapse install.
Upon trying to use it with discord the microphone wouldn’t work. It wouldn’t pick up any sound. After about 10 restarts the microphone started working perfectly in discord BUT there was no audio output ie they wouldn't work as headphones.
After that I haven’t been able to make the microphone work at all.
It doesn’t even work on microsofts mic setup program (I get error code 0x800706BE).
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling synapse 5 times.
How the hell do I get these to work properly?! I just want them to work as both a microphone AND headphones AT THE SAME TIME. This is a ridiculous problem to be having with a 120 euro headset.
Nothing works. I am at my wits end.
