Hello! I have the Kraken D2 ManO'War TE headset for console. I can hear audio fine through it but when I unmute myself everyone complains of loud squealing noises coming from my headset through party chats and they cannot hear me. This happens on my PC too only all sound audio is distorted (through both cablings).

I'm wondering if there is a fix or replacement part to this or is there a way I can send it back to be fixed?
