Microphone not working

I just received the headset with the microphone, i connected every cable to the right hole in the pc, audio works, microphone doesnt, i just hear in the mic test a weird wind sound, but nothing about my voice .

two issues can be appointed Poor software driver, which can tell us something about the weird wind sound; where the analogue to digital conversion software rule is broken. Broken hardware or loose wire. Try the software side first uninstall first and reinstall

I reinstalled synapse like 300 times, updated all softwares. That's not the problem, if i plug any other microphone it works fine. My synapse doesn't even detect my Electras LOL Definitely last time i'll buy a razer product

Friend! I had faced the same issue when I have got Logitech G930 gaming headset, Actually, I have ordered via amazon but that to return policy of amazon. Then I have bought Logitech G430 no doubt it is working aweosme.
