Microphone won't mute
I recently bought the Kraken Green and everything works fine except that I can't mute my mic. I tried my mic on discord, muting myself with the toggle switch on my headphone, but I can still make sound in the voice chat when I turn off my mic on the headset. Is there anything I am suppose to or is there any way to fix it?

+1Maybe mic button is faulty. Try press it harder and see if it'll mute.
+1LooneytungOk, it's a toggle switch, instead of button. But if it's faulty it needs to be replaced. But before this try to blow some air to it.
It's not a toggle switch, more like a light switch
