Hello! I want to find out the cause and solution of this problem:
I bought a Razer Blackshark V2 X headset, when connected to a laptop, only the right earphone works.
Monophonic sound is disabled in Windows settings. Sometimes everything becomes normal, and then the left bowl stops working again. I ask for help!☹️
