Mute no longer works on the Nari Essential
Hello,
When I lift my microphone to mute it, it doesn't work and the microphone still hears what I say. Is it a software bug that can be fixed or the mute will not work anymore.

CECehugodid u use the mute button on the headset ? it should be located on the left ear, first button from the top
