My computer does not detect the USB of my Razer Nari Ultimate headphones, but it does recognize it on another PC, can someone help me?

My computer does not detect the USB of my Razer Nari Ultimate headphones
+1Try clean-reinstalling Synapse (with driver removal):
- Uninstall Synapse
- Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
- Then restart your PC
- After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).
It still doesn't detect the USB even after uninstalling Synapse with Driver Revomer. The problem is that the PC does not recognize the USB, but if I connect it to another PC it does recognize it and connect.
