My Electra V2 is not recognized

It is not recognized as headset only speakers and synapse doesnt recognize it either even though i registered it and it is not shown on device maneger please help

Try and update all drivers (Windows 10 [if that’s what you use]) , and update synapse, your update might not include the Electra V2 because it is fairly new.

I have the same issue... my laptop was left in sleep mode over night and when I came back in the morning the headset was no longer identified, windows is fully updated & restarted and the device is still not recognized. I do not see any razer product in my device manager. I have tried the suggested Firmware update in the instructions below: https://dl.razerzone.com/drivers/Electra%20V2%20USB/win/Razer%20Electra%20USB%20V2%20Firmware%20Update.pdf but it doesnt detect my headset.
