My headset cannot connect

I bought razer thresher wireless 7.1 over 1 year ago. Now usb reciever has a problem and it cannot connect with my PC. So i can’t use the headset. Any way to fix it? Please help me

    Did you try connecting it to a different port on the machine and also on a different machine's port to confirm ?
