My razer kraken mic suddenly became very quiet. The quality still sounds great but its just very quiet. I’ve tried everything - mic level is 100 on Windows aswell as on Razer Synpapse. I’ve also tried it on a different PC - same issue.
I dont think the mic itself is damaged because the quality is still great.
Does anyone else have the same issue or know how to fix it?
I’m also having this issue. Inside the synapse app when you listen to the microphone you get it at full volume, but something in the pipeline is doing a super aggressive noise gate and killing all the sound.
Oh my god, I don’t know if you still have this problem, or if you’ll notice this comment, but I got a solution! The volume dial on the V3 also controlls the MICROPHONE’S VOLUME!!! Now that you know that, turn down your pc’s volume for the sake of your own ears. But like RAZER, WHAT THE HELL IS THIS DESIGN!?!?
