My Kraken V3 X headset is at max volume, but I can barely hear, even with a volume booster.

I’ve had my kraken headset for a couple of years, but just a few days ago, my headsets volume just became no longer existent. I’ve tried other solutions, and it hasn’t worked. I have fully updated drivers. What can I do to solve this?
