My laptop cannot detect my Blackshark v2 X microphone

My phone still detect the microphone of my Blackshark V2 X but my laptop can’t do the same. When I plugged in the 3.5mm, i can use the headphones to listen sounds but my laptop can’t detect the microphone and still use the mic of AMD. Please help meeee!!!!

I understand that you’re currently experiencing mic issues with your headset. Can you uninstall your headset drivers by following the steps below and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the issue.

  1. Press Windows key + S on the keyboard to open the Search bar.

  2. Type in "Device Manager" and hit enter.

  3. Go to "Audio inputs and outputs".

  4. Right-click on the Razer headset and select "Uninstall device".

  5. Restart the computer. The drivers are automatically installed after a restart.
