My Left Earphone does not work (Razer Nari)

Heyo, so on December 31st I got the Razer Nari (standard) and it worked amazingly. until a few days ago when my left earphone does not produce any sound in wireless mode. I have tried switching ports updating drivers etc. but nothing seems to work. is there anyone that has had the same issue or has a solution to my problem Thanks!

i've got the same issues today my right ear doesn't work and the left is really low and crackly, pls help

ok i just tried with the jackstik on my phone and now it's the other way that works, and it's like the bass is really extreme

and i am using the latest firmware updates and the latest version of synapse 3

ok i just tried something, i tried to switch between the jackstick and the the wireless mode like 2-3 time and my sound is normally with the jackstick with both sites, but with the wireless mode have both working but the sound is still cracking
