My mic is not recording

I recently bought the Razor nari ultimate. Everything works fine except the microphone. I tried multiple things, like selecting it as default communications device or made relay sure that it is unmute. til now I did not find any solution and I am turning myself to the forum. Thank you for helping me. Ps: sorry if my English is bad, its not my first language.

Same, Nobody can hear me using it, except if i start shouting. Even if my parameters are at max volume, nobody can hear me. This really need a fix asap.
