I recently bought a Razer kraken v3 X and my mute button does not work :(

Hey there,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? Can you still push the mic mute button or is it stuck? Let me know via PM and include your headset's serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
