My Razer Blackshart V2 Pro (2020) suddenly stopped working

The day before yesterday everythoing was ok, but yesterday the headset stopped working. I dont have any  sound or mic.

 

I dont think  the headset itself broken, but there is something with the driver of software.

The reason why I believe this, is when I start YouTube to test the sound, the clip is not starting - basically telling me there is nothing to play the sound with. 


I'm on Windows 10 Pro


I didnt install something new program etc that could cause this. Maybe there was a new update of Razer, but i’m not sure

I did get a message the day before yesterday that - and i'm not completly sure - i had conflicting profiles and which one shoudl be  used. All profiles where old (from 2023) and I chosen the newest version from the cloud. 

I tried to update the firmware from the Razer website.

I tried to remove it from Microsoft Device Manager, but as soon as I remove it it is installed again.

I remove it from Sound Settings, and i came back again

I removed profiles and tried making new again (I don’t really use them anyway)

I remove Synapse, but it was re-installed as soon a i inserted the dongle again. 

 

I hope that someone can fix this for me, because i’m running out of options.

I connected a 3.5 jack and the headset works… crappy quality, but i have sound again. 

Therefore i still believe its a software bug or something

made some progress.

I did a clean install of Synapse and the headset worked again (yeah):

BUT… now my headset was not showing up in Synapse.

It worked, but didnt see it with the other razer devices i have. 

 

So I followed another video how to repair synapse and the problem is back again. No sound and mic.

This is making me insane!
