my razer hammerhead 2nd gen left earbud wont charge

Ive had this happen to two pairs. I sent one in for warranty, and it happened to the new pair as well. Just go and get a pair that is not Razer. It will more than likely just keep happening. 

Also, there is currently no repair other than just a factory reset, cotton swab clean, or firmware update which you most likely already have.
