My Razer Kraken Kitty Edition keeps disconnecting and reconnecting

My Razer Kraken Kitty Edition headphones keep disconnecting and reconnecting constantly for a long time, until yesterday the thing that helped me to avoid that was launching synapse and let the device properly connect. Unfortunately since yesterday that procedure stopped working and the device again keeps disconnecting even if I launch the synapse. The USB is perfectly fine and I don’t think that might be a problem. What should I do? Because now the headset makes my gaming experience awful and is unusable.

This has been an issue with Kraken Ultimate and Kitty headset for 5+ years. Razer has never given an actual fix and after looking at countless threads, and doing every suggestion from removing synapse, making sure usb settings are correct, changing pci in bios to 3.0, trying every usb slot on my pc, reinstalling the drivers, etc. It seems that the issue is something to do with the amount of power the usb draws. I’m sure its not razer synapse software because I have completely uninstalled synapse and ran scripts to remove any trace of Razer in my PC and the issue still occurs. I highly doubt its hardware since I can’t spot any issues with my wire. Maybe its something to do with the drivers and how razer implemented it but they clearly aren’t going to change anything. I have seen some suggestions of getting a dedicated usb hub. One person mentioned a pci usb hub, I was planning on trying this next because nothing else solves the issue.
