I Purchased a Razer Kraken X Lite headset a couple months ago and in he beggining it worked fine, but in the past month the microphone stopped working.
It simply doesnt appear when I connect the audio Jack, the microphone works fine on Console when i use only the One 3.5 jack
But when i Use both of the jacks on my PC the microphone doesnt work

The microphone works fine when I connect it to the Console I use
And another Headset I have works fine on my PC in terms of the Mic jack
How can i Contact Razer Support ?
My son gave me this set, but when I turn it on through the jack, a window pops up with a choice of the power-on device! Microphone and headphones separately! I do not know how to activate headphones and microphone at the same time?
