my razor hyperspeed dose not work i cant hear any audio

i just  got my  new razor black sharkv3 yesterday from amazon they are wireless and have the hyperspeed but i can only use them in  bluetooth  and wired and when i do that the  mic  sounds so bad and  the sound is so bad to  and  whenj  i use the hyper speed i  cant hear  or  use my mic

Try to update your headset’s firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a message via PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds.
