Hi,
I just purchased a Razer Nari and am using it on a Mac. The wireless USB dongle is within 2 feet of the headset, but is continuously cutting in and out (with all of the accompanying beeping to go with it). I've read through the older posts and they talk about updating the software; I believe this isn't an option for me given I'm using a Mac.
I was just on a 30 min google hangouts call and it cut out over 10 times. What else can I do to improve this as it's made this headset almost unusable and I am thinking about returning it?
Thanks for the help.

Over the weekend a friend with a windows machine was able to help me upgrade to the latest software and firmware. Even after upgrading, I'm still cutting all of the time. I just had a 30 min meeting and my team was unable to hear me for half of it because every other word was cutting out.
I have found that if I use the headphone jack to connect to the headset I do not have any of these issues. There is clearly something wrong with the wireless system on the headset, which is at this point completely unusable.

I'm having a similar issue. It's weird though because when I am gaming and use Push to Talk, it's not as noticeable. Whenever it's on Open mic like in a conference call, it doesn't seem to work. People say that I sound like I'm in a tunnel even though the mic is right next to my mouth.
I've tried turning off all the optimizations and just have it use whatever mic input. Nothing. If you hear something I'd be interested in what their fix is.

I had the same issue and found that Razer Nari dongle doesn't like to share other USB devices on the same hub. I had connected external USB SSD to the same USB 3 hub and as soon as it gets disconnected problem disappears.
Thanks for the recommendation @borecek001! I moved the dongle to it's own port (it had previously been on a hub) and so far I've had none of the issues I initially described. I'll update the thread if it does come back.
