Nari - Extend Range

Sorry - new to this forum and I couldnt find a search function. I just received the Nari wireless headset. I like the feel, but I find the range to be very limited. Is there any way to extend the range on a wireless headset? I have seen a few people talk about extenders, but no one seemed positive it would work. I dont need a huge amount of additional range, but where it currently is I dont think will work for me.

just curious but do you have the dongle plugged in close to a usb c port? because i found that interfered with the range but it got better if i plugged in the dongle away from the usb c port on the other side of my laptop or on my usb hub.
