NARI Headset won't turn on

Do I need to connect it via USB first or what? I'm very disappointed. Razer is a brand I stand behind but I dont want to have wasted 150 for a headset that's not gonna turn on. I just pulled them out of the box and on the charger today and went to test the headset out and found that they won't turn on. Any help please?

    Just plug the USB dongle, and press power button on headset for few seconds. Does any LED is turned on when you plug in the cable for charging headset?
