Nari Ultimate - Haptics too Hectic/Loud/Ouch!

I have written to their support team but thought i'd speak here as well and who knows, i might be able to get some thoughts on this from awesome veteran experts like you guys! My name is Johan and I am from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I bought the Nari Ultimate headsets yesterday and brought them home.
They are comfortable to wear, awesome to listen to and pretty much is great bang for buck. Well, i've paid for it, so its pretty darn well even if its not.
And here is where i'm feeling a bit down.
The haptics is too loud for me. Its too vibratie (if there is such a word), and it hurts my ears. The sounds sound like its a vibrating MESS, and i play FPS like Battlefield V etc. Its just TOO DARN powerful that you are hearing VHOOOBS WHOOBS VHOOBS and not the actual sound.
I don't want to disable the haptics because then i would have just been better off buying a $10 headset from the supermarket. I was told that I can just use the new BETA Synapse 3 but when I connected my USB dongle thing and the cable and turned it on - not only does it not detect anything, i dont even know what i can do etc. SOmetimes the app just fails to load as well.
i'm using Windows (latest) on a HP. Please advise me on what I can do. Thanks a bunch!

Are you currently using it wireless or with the 3.5mm cable? I assume you are using with the cable as you said the dongle is not working. I do not have this headset, but it is my understanding the controls will be through synapse, meaning you will have to get the dongle and wireless working.
Hi there. Thanks for the reply! My goal is to use this Nari ultimate for my PS4 and to play Batlefield V with less haptics.
As I am on the PS4 wirelessly, dongle works well, I use the USB cable to only charge the headset.
To setup synapse 3 on my wife’s PC, I put the dongle and the usb wire and synapse 3 wont load or if does, it won’t detect my Nari ultimate. Will re install and try again tonight!
Confirm settings saved can be stored in my Nari ultimate so I can use it wirelessly with my PS4?
Also does the mic work when connected to only the 3.55mm jack? Didn’t see the red mic light on to say its muted etc when using only 3.55mm jack (forcing haptics of temporary fix). Thanks so much!

From the research I have been able to do, it seems like when using them with a console(ps4), only the controls on the headset itself work, so no way to adjust the level of the haptic feedback. It also seems like any setting changed through synapse is only on that device, and doesn't get saved in the headset itself. Maybe someone who owns these will chime in, but it doesn't look like anything can be done with a console. And it looks like when using the 3.5mm cable, no options are available at all, they just basically become a dumb headset. It looks like the mic does work when using the 3.5mm cable, but no way to mute it. Again, I am not 100% on this info, as I have not used a Razer headset since the Electra (I think it was).

@jfkjohan You should be able to adjust the intensity of the haptic feedback using Synapse. If Synapse 3 still isn't detecting your headset, please send me a PM so I can help you sort that out.

Hi There. Thanks so much. I have been speaking to Mark from Tech Support Level 2. Still waiting for him to get back to me. Not sure whats going on too. But I will try turn on the SYNAPSE software on PC (i have to use my wife's HP as i'm on a Mac). Do you know where I can go to get my SYNAPSE working and my headset detected? I tried the FIRST time around and can't seem to even detect the headset (by using cable/USB etc).
So i install the software (which one? there are so many apparently). Then where to go etc? Any guide to ADJUSTING or TURNING OFF Haptics for my NARI Ultimate? I was hoping i can maybe REDUCE it not turn it off completely (paid a ton of cash for it so thought of having SOME haptics), not the current max setting which HURTS. Thanks!

You need to install Synapse 3 but before anything else, please send me a PM with your case number so I can check the progress and all that good stuff.

Also, the CHAT/GAME function for volume only works ONE WAY (like a normal volume function on the right). It is so irritating. And with haptics, it hurts when someone sneezes or coughs !!

I only use this on a PS4 as Nari ultimate says it’s compatible with PS4 and I only play BATTLEFIELD V. Thanks!!
