Nari Ultimate XBOX ONE

Hi, same Problem. I own the Nari Ultimate Xbox One. People on Xbox cant really hear me. Dont Know why ;(. On Pc it kinda works but you can weak more settings I suppose.. .

Its totally weird. I just got mine today. Sound perfect, everything perfect, but the People on Xbox can barely hear me. They keep saying I am super quiet. Only when I really scream but its weird. I watched lots of YouTube comments from YouTubers who checked out the Xbox One Version of the Nari Ultimate. And there are also People having the same Mic Issue.

Yep just got mine and I'm having the same problem! I'm quiet to my mates and when i turn the mic monitor on, it's basically non existent....I've searched for a firmware update with no luck

I think its a software Problem. I've tried everything but nothing worked. I've switched from a Sennheiser GSP 600 over to the Razer Nari Ultimate Xbox One. And so far it's a masterpiece of Engineneering except for the Microphone. That feeling on your ears playing Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice when stones and dirt falls of the cave ceiling, you can literally feel it as if you were there in person;)

I agree the audio and haptic feedback is fantastic but I'm just massively disappointed with the mic, its practically unusable how did they get on to the shelves in this state. From what I can make out there is no way to upgrade the firmware on the nari ultimates for xbox one?

I just ordered a new one from Amazon. It will be here tomorrow. I will get back here if the problem consists

Ok just got ne new one same problem people can barely hear me. I am super quiet and have lots of cut outs. So in this case I will return the Headset again since it's a problem that can't be fixed?

Matt i am sorry the new one finaly does it. People hear me loud and clearly. Just had to hook it up a second time. So get yourself a new one.
