Just purchased a RAZER BLACKSHARK V2 headset and did not receive an activation code for the Surround Sound 7.1. Your support page was of no help. What do I need to do?

Blackshark V2 comes with THX Spatial audio which is available through Synapse 3, no activation needed.
Yes that I got. I had downloaded thx & surround Sound 7.1 but got stuck on the activation code. I looked through everything in the box and could not find any paperwork or card with a code. Disappointing, The Razer web- site wasn’t much help. I followed the steps to get a new activation code for my registered headset, but it never seemed to work. I contacted support which I didn’t find easy to do, but they did send an activation code by e- mail a couple of days later. So I thank them. The Code worked and all is good. Problem resolved. Thanks
Check your email if you’ve already registered your headset. I didn’t have anything with the code on it in my packaging either, but after registering it was emailed it to me.
