Hey everyone, I recently bought a Razer Blackshark V2 Pro (2023), but I didn’t get the cables or the white dongle that are required. Any ideas on how to get these things?

+1It was brand new? If yes, I’d just return it.
Dongles were available on razer.com for some time, but currently not. For the cable - you just can use any USB-C cable.
lost my dongle while moving is there any way to get a new one ?

My guess is they will not be making any replacements for it, but will not tell us this explicitly. They say wait and continue checking back on the site or try to find it from a 3rd party seller. Why are parts for your headsets so hard to come by this will definitely make me buy different brand and I will research this time if parts are readily available. Something like a usbc dongle should not be hard to replace it is a part that can easily break or get lost, they bank on you buying a whole other set, well not me you lost this customer. I will buy a whole set from someone else who will be able to sell me a dongle when needed
