I have a Blackshark v2 hyper speed headset and the dongle went out, so I buy new dongle and a brand new dongle won't connect to my headset. Fix this please.

Is the dongle even detected in Windows device manager when you’ll connect it to your pc?
Also is the dongle the same as the old one?
Yes it's in device manager, idk I thought a brand new dongle would work with any of the hyper speed stuff, guess not, makes no sense cause now I'ma have to buy a whole new headset.

Nope, it’s not “any” hyperspeed dongle. It has to be dedicated one for headset, and you’ve probably have for mouse/keyboard.
