Good afternoon. On November 17th, I bought headphones Razer Blackshark V2 X from an online store. The activation code was not included. I decided to register the product on the website to receive the code. But after entering all the necessary data, it writes to me that this product has already been registered and contact support. Can you help me me with that problem ?

Thanks for alerting us about this. There’s a high possibility that your headset is a counterfeit, but I’ll double-check it just to be sure. What’s the name of the online store? Let me know via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check the registration.
