No audio in recording using Blackshark V2

Draco90
Hi, i recently bought a Razer Blackshark V2 and pretty much enjoying it. Though, a problem surged: despite the fact during the game i can hear all the sounds, if i record some footage with my nvidia "instant replay" feature, the video came without any sound. So, apparently, if my output device is not Realtek audio, nvidia wont catch anything. Some help?

Since the headset work in general, you will have to play around with your recording settings. I highly recommend checking the App volume and device preferences on Windows sound settings and make sure that NVIDIA is using the correct device.

Unfortunately Nvidia has not a clear option to choose the audio source, only mic options are available. Actually i found a way, which i think may help other users. I use a software called Voicemeeter which can output the audio to 2 ouputs, in my case Razer THX and System Periferal (which is Realtek in my case). Now my recordings have audio, moreover i can output the audio both to the razer Blackshark and my speakers at the same time, without the need to change the sound option in windows system every time.

I have the same problem here where the ingame audio output doesnt get recorded in nvidia shadowplay when using THX spatial audio.

@Draco90 @WaleedKamil I used to have the same issue before. All I did to fix it is to change the device preferences from here. You can find the option in the photo on the bottom-most part of Windows Sound Settings, but Shadowplay has to be running in the background, or you won't be able to change device preferences.

Thanks! All I had to do was change Nvidia container audio output to "Razer usb soundcard" instead of THX spatial audio.
