Nommo 2.0 not showing Windows 10

Hi all, My Nommo 2.0 speakers aren't showing up in Windows 10 - anyone have any ideas why that would be ? Do I need to download some drivers or something ? Power adapter is plugged in and got a 3.5mm audio cable plugged in too Thanks

    Did you switch on your Nommo? Try to press down the volume button and see if it boots up.

    I cant press the volume button down I can only turn the knob ? Yes its turned on

    Well, if everything is connected to the laptop/power source then you need to have Razer Synapse 3 installed in order to have access to the speakers settings. And to turn them on, physically, you have to press the volume button and the chroma should start. And make sure to switch from Realetek of whatever it is your audio board to Razer Nommo.

    You can press the knob. After that, check if your sound option on your taskbar has been set to Razer Nommo by clicking the sound icon on the taskbar. Hope it helps!
