Nommo Pro BRICKED right out of box

Wow is all I can say--my brand new Nommo Pro arrived last night and as I eagerly hooked her up to test drive I slowly was appalled at how piss poor the entire hookup went. All drivers loaded the bluetooth mated fine when I go to play sound?  D  E  A  D--on ALL inputs--bluetooth, analog, USB and optical.   NOTHING plays and I mean NOTHING.  Reboots dont work.  Updated driver useless.  Reloading EVERYTHING doesnt work.  I can SEE the devices in my sound card settings and windows I click on them and -- dead.  No sound.  Volume at max.  Output at max --nothing.  The unit lights up the controler lights up but I hear --nothing.  Games dont work Itunes dont work not even a fucking test signal coming out of the soundblaster works.  Six hours last night and I never even heard what this junk sounds like. To say Im disappointed would be the understatement of the year. I packaged this mess up and shipped it back, and NO--I dont ever want to see another one dont bother shipping out a replacement I went over to Klipsch Promedia thanks a lot for a collosal waste of my time ane energy and DONT SHIP OUT PRODUC S THAT DONT WORK I cant even believe I went thru this with a brand new unit you just cannot trust ANYTHING anymore hope to see you in bankruptcy court
