I'm facing an annoying issue with my Razer BlackShark V2 X headset, specifically with the microphone. When using it on PlayStation 5 Slim and PlayStation 4, there's a constant whining or static noise coming from the mic.
Here’s what I’ve tried:

Connected the headset to multiple controllers (including a brand-new one)

Adjusted audio and microphone settings on the console

Tested the headset on a PC (works perfectly with no issues)
The issue only happens on PlayStation devices. I’m not looking to replace the headset—just hoping for a technical fix or repair steps.
Has anyone experienced the same problem? Are there any settings or solutions from Razer that could help?
