Please help me with razer mano'war 7.1 wireless usb

Why not full connected razer mano'war 7.1 wireless. 30 min affects and stops working and is hard to customize, but the first 30 min I heard it myself. In general, something noticed with this product is bad because there are no programs suitable to operate the headset. I've always liked the razer's quality design and its capabilities, but lately something's been going wrong.

Because if you buy a product and pay big money, I think it must be quality. I'm buying a razer for that, but now something's wrong with her, horribly annoying.

al can you help me or tell me something to do or is this serious with usb something wrong?

Are you plugging it into a USB Hub? Try a different USB port that is directly on the computer, and also install Synapse 2, not 3. I've not had any issues with my mano'war's since i bought them a while back.

@pdoherty is correct, hey @motis90 , you should try the customisation for mano'war via the previous gen Synapse "synapse 2.0" and not the "3.0".

Also if changing usb port doesn't resolve the issue, can you also try the below steps as it works on my computer when it faces the usb error.
- Select Start, then type device manager in the Search box, and then select Device Manager. -Expand Universal Serial Bus controllers. Press and hold (or right-click) a device and select Uninstall.
- For the usb where it shows dongle connect or for each device.
- Once complete, restart your computer. Your USB controllers will automatically install.
