Power saving not working at all on Kraken V3 Pro

Power saving function is not working at all on my new kraken v3 Pro. Is there any fix? Is it a hardware or a software issue? Can be fixed by a firmware update in the future?

Are you referring to the Switch-off lighting feature of the headset when the Razer Synapse 3.0 is running? Ensure to update your Razer Synapse 3.0. Otherwise, please perform a clean reinstallation, then install the software again. Let me know how it went.

I’m refering to the feature related to power saving, which makes the headset turn off authomatically after some minutes of inactivity. In my case, after 15 minutes of inactivity, for example, the headset doesn’t turn off, it remains on. So is there a fix for this issue or will it be fixed by a firmware update in the future?

Power saving also not working on my Nari Ultimate. I noticed this issue after the latest synapse update

There has been an update to synapse, that should fix all the issues. The new update seems to have changed nothing. Still loads forever. Synapse still randomly crashes most times. Still has the issues that sometimes activating haptics or switching modes just causes distortion sounds. Also, now I have an issue that instead of using my headset for spatial audio, it randomly switches to my speakers.
