problem with barracuda x (2022) latest firmware

I was trying to install the headset's latest firmware update. The update took a while, so the headset turned off automatically by itself while it was still updating. I turned it back on, and the update completed. However, after the update, the audio quality is very bad now. Is there a way to roll back the update or completely wipe it out so I can try to reinstall it?

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? What about on trying other games or application? Feel free to send me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can look for other workarounds.
