Problem with headphones Barracuda X (2022)

When the PC is turned on (headphones are connected via dongle) the sound in the headphones is very quiet, it only takes place by connecting the dongle. Also the sound when connecting through a bluetooth is very quiet, and some noise appears (as if the corner sticks into the microphone filter pop, I do not know how to describe these sounds). Is this a factory marriage or maybe I’m doing something wrong? All drivers are updated.

Have you tried reinstalling your audio drivers? You can also try updating your headset’s firmware. If the same issue persists, then send me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can look for other troubleshooting steps that we can attempt.
