Problems with the audio in Synapse aplications

I bought kraken TE headphones and I have been having problems with the applications part, I have games that are compatible with THX audio, for example Destiny 2, Warzone, Apex, Metro exodus and only Destiny 2 and Apex appear in the applications part of the THX sound, but only Destiny 2 can I configure it with THX game modes. Does anyone know how they can be configured?

    The application / games must have the THX game mode protocol. The music player does not need THX spatial, because music player just plays music. These protocols are designed by the game developers Also check the audio settings within the game as well. Synapse, might not detect the THX option, but audio configuration within the games might.
