Hello,

I have Kaira Pro ps5

Whenever I connect them with the USB to my ps5, my connection has bad drops and I can't play anything wearing them... how can I solve it? 

I am frustrated because I paid 100 euros for them... the quality is very good but I can't play anything on my ps5 with them
