Question about Razer Blackshark V2 Pro 2023

Hi everybody. I bought the headphones that i mentioned in the title 2 days ago. I realized that sometimes I can not hear some sounds like; a first 3 seconds of a youtube video (if I restart the video I can hear it) or discords mute on/off sounds.It doesn’t bother me much but I wanted to ask here. Is it a big problem? fixable? (I’ve tried using different usb ports, reinstallation of the headphone’s drivers and synapse)
