This headset is advertised as a 7.1 surround sound headset, but isnt it stereo by default? and uses the razer cortex for the 7.1 software? Im looking to buy this and im hoping its stereo by default cause i've heard that 7.1-default headsets have bad audio quality. I used razer cortex a few years back with my Logitech G230s and it was really good, just looking for some clarification. https://9apps.ooo/

    Without the software is just stereo yes. If you want 7.1 surround sound need to install the razer software and active with the code inside the box.
